The Gibraltar Youth Production Team (GYPT) is an exciting opportunity for young people aged 16–25 interested in media, film, and photography. Run by the Gibraltar Youth Service, this leadership project allows participants to explore every aspect of a production team, from filming and photography to editing and project management.

GYPT is particularly aimed at young people who are looking to build on their creative skills, providing valuable skills for future careers or further studies. Participants can build a professional portfolio while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and creative environment.

Through the programme, members develop both technical and professional skills, including photography, videography, lighting, and editing, as well as teamwork, time management, presentation, planning, leadership, and problem-solving. By combining creativity with real-world skills, GYPT helps young people bridge the gap between education and employment while doing something they love.
