It offers structured training and support to both existing youth club members and new participants who want to take on leadership roles. To date, various meetings have been held, many in a Q&A format with the Minister for Youth, giving young people a direct voice in decision-making. These discussions have led to targeted initiatives, including social and educational trips, and have highlighted key themes such as mental health, education and employment pathways, inclusion, equality, and safe social spaces.
